• How Can I Reserve My Spot at Dockside Clemson?

  Reserving your spot at Dockside can be done entirely online! If you would like more information or to schedule a tour of our office, contact us today.

• How Long Is The Housing Contract?

  Our housing contracts are 12 months and start prior to the academic year, beginning in August and ending late July.

• What Is Included With My Monthly Installment?

  Your monthly installment will include access to water, electricity, valet trash service, and high-speed internet. Access to our on-site amenities such as our state-of-the-art fitness center, luxury pool, study facilities, and much more!

• How Far Is Dockside Clemson from Clemson University?

  Residents of Dockside will enjoy living in a great location. Our community is located mere minutes away from campus, whether you are traveling by car, bike, or catching the bus, you will always make it on time!

• Do The Units Come Furnished?

  Yes! Our apartments come fully furnished with brand new, energy-efficient appliances, modern interior features like granite countertops with easy to clean ceramic backsplash, modern wood-style flooring, and brand new furniture package throughout common areas and bedrooms which includes memory foam mattresses in the bedrooms and 65” Smart TV in the living room!

• Is On-Site Parking Available?

  On-site parking is available in the parking garage. We also offer electric vehicle charging stations. Certain fees may apply – contact the leasing office for more information.

• Is Dockside Clemson Pet Friendly?

  We would hate for you to have to leave your best friend at home! Dockside is pet friendly! There is a $350 pet fee (non-refundable) per pet, and NO monthly pet rent. Download our pet policy for more information. Visit our pet screening website.
